Mining Investment opportunities in Central Asia presentation at MINEX Central Asia Forum in Astana

LOCAL OPERATORS ARE INVITED TO PRESENT INVESTMENT PROJECTS AT THE FORUM

The need for further exploration of mineral resources in Kazakhstan and Central Asia requires access to funding and engaging experienced management teams capable to deliver exceptional results.

Due to continuing decline in commodity prices, new mining projects have almost zero success rate of getting on the investors’ radar.

What is not helping the local the miners is common belief that despite abundant mineral wealth, there are very few economically viable projects available in Kazakhstan and other Central Asian states.

Is this belief justified and what the local operators can do to have their projects noticed by the international investment community?

MINEX CENTRAL ASIA FORUM INVITES OPERATORS TO HAVE THEIR PROJECTS EVALUATED BY MINING INVESTMENT PANEL

Mining Investment Business Podium will be held on 21 April alongside the Forum at the Radisson Hotel in Astana offering companies opportunities for presenting their projects to the investment panel comprised of local and international banks, private equity funds, institutional investors and stock market specialists.

The presentations will be organised in the format of Dragons’ Den reality show - and will be broadcasted via the Forum website.

All projects will be analysed by the ‘Dragons’ panel” who will evaluate project economics, technical and investment risks. Presenters will be offered instant feedback on project’s feasibility. Most interesting projects will receive further guidance on potential implementation.

Operators interested in presenting their projects at the Forum are invited to submit applications by 31 March via http://minexasia.com/2016/registration-en/
